Your acceptance of a quotation or your booking request does not guarantee actual availability of the requested flights, tours, accommodation or services until such time as you receive a written confirmation from US as your Tour Planner.
Confirmation Of Services
Itineraries & Packages promoted are valid for the period enumerated in our website. Programmed prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of proposal submission and are subject to change thereafter without advance notice until all services have been paid in full.
While The Luxury Trains Of India have exercised reasonable care and skill to ensure that the contents of these itineraries are correct, accurate and up-to-date at the time of feature.
Booking Policy for Deposits And Final Payments
Deccan Odyssey
- 20% of the tariff: at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
- Remaining 80% of the tariff: to be paid 60 days prior to departure.
Palace on Wheels
- 25% of the ticket value against advance at the time of booking along with the list of guests/paxs and their passport scanned soft copies.
- Balance payment 60 days prior to the departure date.
- If the balance payment is not made before 60 days of prior to the departure date then advance deposit made to Authorised Operator of RTDC shall be forfeited and booking shall stand cancelled automatically.
Maharaja’s Express
- 25% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
- Remaining 75% of ticket value 75 days prior to departure.
Golden Chariot
- 20% of the ticket value at the time of booking.
- 80% of the ticket value 45 days before the departure date.
Buddha Express
- 25% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
- Remaining 75% of ticket value 31 days prior to departure.
